Wrestling season can be long and a break afterwards is often needed to keep the fire burning. Unfortunately the opponents who beat you this season are right back at it when everyone else is resting. If you want to be the best, you’ve got to keep training… even through the off season.

The Spring season is the best time to learn new moves and practice them at tournaments that don't count towards your record. It's also the perfect time to improve yourself physically by putting on more muscle, so you can be bigger and stronger for the next season. Join our spring season program to continue your training with one of the best coaches you will ever get a chance to learn from. Coach Joe Kemmerer will be teaching folkstyle wrestling mixed with freestyle and Greco maneuvers give your technique a new edge that will surprise your opponents.
