Coach Waller's All American Training Camp is a one week long day camp that lasts for 5 days, Monday-Friday. Camp sessions start at 9am and end at 3:30pm with a lunch break in between. Training includes technique instruction, hard drilling, live wrestling and tons of practice. There is also much conditioning so you will definitely be in better shape at the end of the week, however athletes should not be out of shape for this camp.

One of the reason your skills improve so quickly at this Camp is not only because of Coach Rob Waller's experienced teaching style but also because you will get tons of practice wrestling top level athletes. Coach Waller brings numerous high caliber, highly ranked wrestling champs as counselors. This camp is very popular in our region, so there are always many campers to train with and get plenty of hands on. It also means you will want to sign up early to reserve your spot as our facility can only take so many.
